“Autowave is great for any kind of service on your Honda!

I own a 2005 Honda Accord, Coupe, V6. I love my car which has all the bells and whistles. This car had a 75,000 warranty that the dealers should inspect the car and repair anything that is broken. Well the Warranty from the dealer is worthless!!! Shane and Ron are the owners of Autowave. They have a knowledgeable staff and do an awesome job on the cars.

I took my car in for a major timing belt service and 100k service. Comes to find out that my engine brackets were broken. Shane saved the engine brackets for me and I am sending then to Honda for a refund. The parts looks like there were broker for a while. This is something Honda dealers should of caught and replaced with warranty. Honda dealers did not do this, I ended up paying for replacement engine brackets and Honda will be contacted for a refund. This just shows you the quality of work dealers do on the car. Dealers are all about in an out. Not good!

They also inspected the car inside out and helped me out with certain items I did not paid for. They also gave me a breakdown of services and explained everything that was replaced. My power steering also had some issues. It was making this loud raddle noise when the car was cold. Shane's staff inspected the power steering and told me what was wrong. A seal in the power steering was worn down and needed to be replaced. The seal was replaced and the car sounds so quiet. At times I have to check if the engine is on.

They also use Honda Genuine parts which make me fell better that no after market parts are not being used on the cars they work on. The price that I paid was worth it because the car is worth more that what I owe. This Honda will give me another 100K miles after going to Autowave. I will NEVER take my car to dealers ever again. The Accord drives like new and super quiet. Thank you Shane, Ron and Staff at Autowave! All of you sure know your stuff and made me a happy customer. I will return for more services even it it's an oil change.

By the way, they also return your car washed and cleaned. :)”

“Autowave is such an ideal auto shop, I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars! They specialize in Acuras and Hondas, and I have taken my two Acuras to them for over 8 years. They kept my Integra running smoothly for more than 250,000 miles (yeah! awesome!), and they have kept my 06 TL running perfectly as well. The guys there are honest and very knowledgeable, and they will go out of their way to help you. If you're in HB, they'll even give you a ride home.

I cringe at the thought of ever having to go to a dealer's shop. Thank goodness Autowave is warranty certified, so the only time I've had to take the car to a dealer shop was to replace a plastic piece on the door handle.

So, if you need an excellent mechanic, I highly recommend Autowave. Just be sure and call for an appointment. They stay pretty busy! :D Hope this review helps some fellow Honda/Acura owner. I'm very thankful that a reviewer pointed me in the right direction!
